Spring Festival Country Fair
The Brick Township Historical Society will sponsor a Spring Festival
Country Fair on Saturday, April 26 from 10 am to 4 pm at its Havens
Homestead Museum, 521 Herbertsville Road, Brick. The raindate is April
27. Among the displays will be craft tables, a "white elephant" table,
historical society publications and homemade desserts. Adjacent to the
museum is the Cultural Arts Center where there will be an art show and a
display of house plants. From 11 am to noon there will be a potting
demonstration with some free samples of cuttings being given out, while
supplies last.
The Brick Township Historical Society's Lizzie Herbert Gift Shop will
also be open the same hours as the fair. Tours of the Havens Homestead
Museum will be available from 10 am to 2 pm. Two parking lots are
accessible from the driveway marked "Havens Farm," which is one mile
west of the intersection of Route 70 and Herbertsville Road.

Civil War Regiment The 61st New York Civil War Reenactment Regiment will visit our Museum grounds for an overnight encampment. The public is invited to visit and share experiences with them. The troupes will be here all day Saturday and will break camp Sunday Noon |

Ice Cream Social We will host an old fashion party for our members, friends and guests |

Bus Tour of Brick Your tour guide for the day will be township historian, Gene Donatiello, who will provide the commentary as you explore the historic sites of Brick Township. Departure: 1:00 PM Leaving from Haven's Farm Cultural Center End at 3:00 with a stop at the Homestead for refreshments. Donation: $10.00 Reservations Required: Please call 1-732-785-2500 |

Christmas At The Museum We will have our annual Victorian Christmas celebration complete with costumes and our Victorian Santa (available for photo opsl) This year's Theme: Christmas in the Country Visit our farmhouse for a trip back in time. Our tree will be decorated with material from nature and in our museum you will experience Christmas as it once was. You are cordially invited. Donations: $5.00 (Tickets will be available Sept 1st)
